I live in the Boise, Idaho area with my husband and five children. My biggest challenge has been complications with all five pregnancies, which required that I spend many months in bed–a little over a year of my life in all. It was during this period of my life that I turned to my food storage and learned firsthand the importance of having it organized in a manner that even my eight-year-old could help with the cooking. I have recently had a book published titled "All Things Provident."
